ID Verified Profiles

When you set up a LayAoo account, we will ask to verify your profile via email confirmation and phone number before creating an Order or Posting a Trip. This helps us protect our users from fake accounts and spam. Plus, we want to make sure you are real! Don’t worry about providing this info; it is kept private and never displayed on your public profile.

Escrow Delivery And Payment

Initially, travellers pay for the shopper’s item with his or her own money. Once the shopper confirms delivery, this money is released to the traveller along with their traveller fee. For shoppers, we take a 7% commission for each delivery. In short, we use escrow to ensure that both the shopper and traveller’s money is safe and secure.

Customer Service

While the best way to resolve an issue is to message your shopper or traveller directly, we are also here to help, should you need further assistance. Our customer service hours are 10 am to 8 pm PST Monday to Saturday and we try our best to respond to all questions within 24 business hours. Send us an email at [email protected] to get started.

Two-Way Rating

Our two-rating system ensures that both shoppers and travellers have a positive experience with LayAoo. Upon delivery/pickup of your item, please confirm receipt of your item and rate your traveller. travellers also have a chance to rate their shopper. This way, new and current users can view these ratings before bidding or accepting offers.

Community Guidelines

Building our community is one of our main priorities, and we want everyone to have the best experience possible. We do not accept profanity, verbal aggression, threats of any kind or other bad behavior. If you break the rules, we will send you a warning and if you persist, your LayAoo account will be suspended.

Delivery And Pickup

Shoppers and travellers don’t have to meet to exchange products. You can simply pick and drop off the products at one of your regional collection/pick up points OR choose a delivery option (for an additional- yet nominal - cost).

Delivery Time, Returns and Refunds


  1. The standard delivery time varies as it depends on the travel schedule plans. However, the dates are displayed for every individual traveler is mentioned on our website homepage, travel plan & in the Order page.
  2. For customers opting for Delivery - We use an Overnight service which delivers in Maximum 2 days.
  3. 100% refund for the shoppers if the item is not delivered to them, is counterfeit or is broken(unusable).
  4. No refund applicable after an order has been purchased by the traveler.
  5. In an unforseen event, if the traveller is unable to drop us the item on the Travel Date mentioned on the site:
      LayAoo shall wait for the Traveller to drop-off items within seven working days of the mentioned Travel Date on 'Order Page' before refunding the shoppers.
      The items which shoppers reject after 7 days of no dropoff by Traveller will not be accepted by LayAoo and the traveller is responsible for those.
  6. No Replicas, counterfeit or banned products can be requested on our platform. The travellers are adviced to only send offers for Items that are non-prohibited in Pakistan

  5. Play by the Rules
  6. LayAoo provides a secure escrow payment and messaging system to guarantee shoppers receive their products and travellers receive payment upon delivery. Transacting outside of LayAoo violates community values and rules and is against both shopper and traveller security.   7. Complete Your Profile
  8. At LayAoo, we never display personal information like your home address or credit card details. That said, filling out your profile will help you get the most out of our platform. Shoppers are more likely to accept offers from travellers with a profile picture and who have posted their upcoming travel dates. If you violate any of these policies outlined above, you will receive a warning email. After a second warning email, we will proceed with blocking your LayAoo account.
